• Deposits: Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within 7 days may result in a partial or full loss of the deposit depending on preparation and material costs already incurred.

• Completed Projects: Refunds for completed projects will only be considered in cases of clear defect or failure to meet the agreed-upon specifications. We will first aim to resolve any issues through repair or correction.

• Custom Materials: Due to the bespoke nature of our work, any custom-ordered materials are non-refundable once ordered.

• Process: To request a refund, please contact us with details of the issue. We will assess each case fairly and respond within 5 working days.
